U.S. Food and Drug Administration
Under the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, FDA is a government agency, corresponding to the Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA), one of the most historic and reliable consumer protection agencies.
FDA is responsible for protecting public health through the control of safety, effective production, distribution, and sale of each product. FDA consistently monitors the safety of products even while in use.
For the reasons mentioned above, the reliability of FDA-approved products is recognized in any country.
Therefore, manufacturers or those involved should be well aware of the regulations and procedure of the FDA to avoid failure due to unexpected circumstances.
